    Beautifully Perfect

Posted by Michelle Marie on 18th Jan 2019

I’ve ordered several veils from Lily’s but this is my first infinity veil. I didn’t order it quite in time to receive for Advent so I’ll save it for the Lenten season .........

The lace is beautifully detailed and soft. I really like that I can wear it as an accessory then as a veil once inside the Cathedral. I didn’t opt for a sewn-in clip as I was afraid the clip could snag my clothes when wearing it as an accessory. I’m very happy and pleased with this purchase. Thank you Lily and staff :). God bless you! +

    Truly lovely veil - scarlet

Posted by Julie Stewart on 3rd Jan 2019

My review is for the floral infinity veil in scarlet. It's a dark, deep red color, not bright red, but not burgundy either. I wore it with a green dress at Christmas, but it could be worn with many colors or tones. Since I attend a Latin Mass only parish, the red really stands out since most women opt for black or white veils. It was odd to transition to colorful veils, but there's something beautiful about suiting one's veil to the liturgy, even if only a little.

Fashion aside (veiling is not really about fashion, is it?), the deep red really puts me in mind of the Passion and of Holy Martyrs. So much so that I continued to wear the scarlet veil throughout the octave of Christmas to daily Mass. So many martyrs that week, including the Holy Innocents, whose intercession we desperately need these days.

I would recommend scarlet to anyone like me who has veiled for decades and may want to try colorful veils.

I really like this veil. I can put it on and tie it. Thank you for the selection of colors. I like to match the liturgical color. So I am glad to get the olive green one that's coming. Fir Jan 20th.

I own 3 veils by Lily. They are all excellent quality. This veil is my favorite because of its length.

    Infinity Veil

I was very pleased to receive my veil. Just unwrapping it was a joy--the ribbon and fragrance adds to the special purpose of the veil. I felt it was truly a gift. Once again, you have displayed the beauty and importance of your apostolate. God Bless.

    I Knew It

My fourth Floral Infinity veil, and that pretty much sums it up. This veil is everything I expected--perfectly crafted, lovingly packaged, and simply lovely. I'm going to need another; maybe two. Glory be to God!

You want a review of the Floral Infinity Veil?

As a long time devotee of Lily's veils, the Floral Infinity veil is one of my favorites. I purchased merlot and blush a few years ago, and am very happy with them. They have served me well, especially during Advent and Lent. When I recently decided I had to have the scarlet veil, I was surprised to find that one edge had been upgraded with an integral scalloped edge, and it truly is beautiful. I don't particularly care for a sewn-on edge, so I was delighted with this. It gives me two ways to wear the veil, and I can't decide which one I like more. Now I'm trying to decide which color I need next. Well done, Lily's Veils.
