Shipping & Returns

Please be aware that most of our mantillas are handmade to order. Unless all veils in your order are marked "Ready to Ship," please expect your order to leave our workshop in about 5 weeks.

If your order is needed sooner than 5 weeks, you may select the RUSH option on the product listing. The rush fee is $10 per handmade-to-order veil and is non-refundable. Rush orders leave our workshop in 10 days unless you have made special arrangements with us. Please contact us if there are special circumstances.

USPS Priority Mail: $8.95 (Transit time 3-5 days)

Delivery confirmation is provided on all U.S. packages.

*50 states, D.C., and APO addresses only. U.S. territories and outlying areas such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc., may incur additional charges.

International Shipping Rates:

PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may charge duties on items imported from the United States. Customers are solely responsible for paying such customs fees.

Custom orders are final once submitted. Regular orders may be canceled within 2 days of the order date, or returned at your expense (unworn veils only, with tags still attached) within 7 days of receipt.
If an item is returned, you will receive a refund or store credit for the cost of the item minus our shipping cost (including orders originally placed with free shipping), any rush fees, and any labor fees for sewn-in clips or combs ($3.50 for clips, $7.00 for combs).
Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery for a refund or 30 days for store credit. 
For exchange items, we will issue the applicable store credit upon return of the original item. You may then use that store credit to purchase your replacement item (current pricing will apply).
