Please note: all photos show the 8-inch veil. If considering size, please use measuring tape to determine how the veil will look, as different women have different head sizes, hair volume, etc., and this will affect how a veil lays.

    Was smaller than expected but is adequate. Have not worn it yet. May find it's a good one to take when traveling.

    The handiwork is beautiful. I already had a white veil which I use a lot, but wanted another color for Lent. I have some very colorful and bright knit hats, which I am very comfortable wearing to parishes where a hat or veil is the predominant custom. However, I wanted something more conventional for when I'm one of a few women veiling. I got 3 small circle veils (black, twilight blue, and mocha). They stay on my head very well. Sitting still isn't one of my strengths; even without a clip it stays put. When I move, it stays right where it is supposed to.

    I purchased 4 (2 white/2 black) as a gift for a woman and her daughter who attend the Latin Mass but are new to veiling. They were so happy with the gift because these veils are delicate and beautiful. Lily makes exceptional veils, I own over 20 in all shapes and sizes.
