It sits above my shoulders practically. It's beautiful and it works as a starter veil, but I'm not 100% sure I would purchase it again.
This is my first veil since childhood. I've watched Liliy's site for some time . Too unsure to order. This veil is beautiful, I ordered it in large. The rose bud trim gives it extra shape and a tiny bit of weight so it doesn't blow off easily w/o a clip. The size was perfect for me. I wore it to Adoration for the first time. I felt a little nervous. Not one person, even my good friends mentioned it. My time before Our Lord felt much more focused. My husband is comfortable with me veiling. Several years ago he wasn't so sure. Now I want 5 more veils! The material is soft and drapes to your hair nicely. The trim is sturdy but light and well made. Recommend this veil even as a starter veil.
REPLY: Deborah, thank you for your feedback! We don't put fragrance on the veils but we do use Fray Check on the ends of the trim to keep them from unraveling in the future. That is probably what you are smelling. Please do contact us to correct the comb placement! ~ Lily * * * This veil is disappointing. It arrived smelling heavily of fragrance. I am allergic to fragrance. The trim is ivory, which stands out and draws attention. Comb was put in off center.
I had been wanting a white veil for a while (I got a black one as a gift about a year ago) and finally decided to order myself a new veil. I knew I wanted something with roses, and this veil caught my eye. I went for it and couldn't be happier with the veil I got! I love the quality, the design, and the color.
It’s nice but smaller than expected I had to gift it.

After buying triangle veils and one infinity veil, I find that I prefer the infinity veil. Blocks out more of my surroundings so I can focus better. Feels more comfortable too.
The detailing on this veil is even more lovely in person. My daughter especially noticed the tiny rose border, which she loved because it reminded her of Saint Therese, the Little Flower.
Very delicate and drapes well. This one clings just the way I like it and is the right size for me.
