New, softer Chantilly lace!

I am in the process of replacing most of my Chantilly laces with a beautiful new, imported Chantilly lace! The new lace is the softest sheer lace I've seen anywhere and has a beautiful floral pattern. With a slight stretch to it, it is easy to keep in place without a comb.

Beautiful black Spanish-style mantilla made with the softest Chantilly lace and a matching lace trim along the back. This triangle-shaped mantilla has a subtle black shimmer dispersed throughout.

A sewn-in comb is available but not recommended for this veil to maintain the integrity of the delicate lace.

St. Joseph Challenge and Mantilla Giveaway!

I am thrilled to tell you about an exchange of emails I had with a male customer who so lovingly told us about his wife's devotion to the Lord through veiling. After I requested permission to highlight his comment during the last giveaway, he and his wife came back with an incredibly generous offer to fund another giveaway. We are calling it the St. Joseph Challenge, because it calls for the involvement of men who are dedicated to living out the example of St. Joseph and protecting the virtue and grace of their most precious friends, the women in their lives:

As a young husband, I'm so certain of the graces that come with veiling that I am willing to fund the next giveaway. The theme could be for involvement of husbands, fathers, single guy friends, brothers, etc. who are dedicated to living out the example of St. Joseph and protecting the virtue and grace of our most precious friends, the women in our lives. I think men need to let the women in our lives know that they truly are precious in our eyes as in the Lord's, and that we support their femininity and role as mini-Marys. Now please don't get me wrong, my wife isn't some sanctimonious wall flower. She's very outgoing, beautiful, and used to be a flight attendant. But she has a strong heart for Mary and living her life for Christ. My heart nearly bursts with pride when I glance over and see her looking longingly at the altar during Mass. It's like catching a glimpse of heaven, and I've teared up more than once. The point, though, is that we have our major life bumps like everyone else. BOY, do we have them. But veiling feels so, so right and comfortable, especially as she's holding the babies. We totally don't even notice or care what others think, we just want to show God we understand He's really there on the altar. Once again, we're just plain old nobodies. We don't float off the ground during Consecration (although that'd be cool!) and we sometimes are writing out the check during the homily, ha! Point being, veiling is awesome for ALL families trying to live out their faith and get closer to Jesus, not just the ones that emit heavenly perfume (if I had to guess, we probably emit a cross between diaper wipes, fruit snacks, Bay Rum aftershave and Romance perfume).

Anyhow, the point of this is I would like to challenge the GUYS in women's lives to take the challenge lived out by St. Joseph and established by God to be the spiritual heads of their families and encourage even small acts of respect toward God during mass. Who knows the spiritual breakthrough and graces this small act might unleash in their families?

I don't know about you, but reading all this, especially coming from a husband, blew me away!
