This mourning veil is available in a dot tulle or Chantilly lace pattern with scalloped edge and comes with a black sewn-in comb in the center of the veil for easy wearing. May be worn covering the face or lifted back giving the veil a double-layer look.
Measures approximately 19" from the top of the head to the edge of the veil.
Gently hand-wash cold with mild soap. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron if needed.

This is the loveliest veil for those who seek solace and are grieving a loss. Had this been available I would have loved having one when my husband passed.Mourning never really stops.Thus I am considering such a veil during the anniversary month of his passing. It is a very reverent veil not only for humbling yourself in God’s house but also Grieving Loss. I purchased the China Blossom Veil and it is lovely as well.

During a sad time this veil is perfect.
I have always owned a funeral hat but it was a bit cumbersome and left a crick in my neck because of the weight. This piece is a wonderful alternative. It's beautifully made and lightweight. I also like the privacy that it affords one in a time of morning.

I purchased the dot tulle pattern. I was pleased to find a mourning veil as I had been wanting one for a long time. Comes with the comb to keep it in place and it can be worn over the face or you can flip it back so it is a double layer veil. The pattern is easy to see out of. Thank you for having mourning veils available. I liked this one so much I also ordered the mourning veil in the Chantilly lace pattern. If you can get a mourning veil like Jackie Kennedy wore, I would buy it immediately.

I purchased this veil for my sons funeral. The Veils by Lily team were so compassionate and helped get my items to me quickly. I purchased 2 veils, the mourning veil and the Dot Tulle Infinity Veil. I could not decide between the two because they are both so lovely that I ended up wearing both. I have purchased veils from Lily before and will continue to purchase from her. I am so happy with this beautiful veil. It is comfortable and the comb is in just the right place. I love that my nose and mouth are covered and I don't have to wear a "mask" to Holy Mass.
