Soft Tulle Rectangle Mantillas

This is my third veil and although I like all three, this is my favorite. I have the triangular starter veil, which is lovely, and one of the infinity veils. I like it too, but I tend to get a little bit hot in it. The rectangle has such a such a silky feel to it and a beautiful lace edge. I can wear it like a scarf and then lift to cover my head. It's just beautiful!

I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely veil I received. It is so beautiful and I just love the comb I ordered to be sewn into the mantilla --- the comb is a lifesaver! I never wore mantillas in the past because they were always falling off my head and were more of a distraction at Holy Mass for me than anything else --- not anymore! This veil is so pretty and it falls so nicely. It is soft and not heavy. I chose mocha for the color and it is perfect. Highly recommend the veil.

I just received my first rectangular veil after sticking with the traditional Seville mantillas for over a year now. It's beautiful very soft and delicate. I purchased it in black as I'm married and this is the traditional color for married women. It can be worn as a scarf but is so delicate I will reserve it just for Mass. While the veil is a nice size it's shorter then I would prefer it can be draped over the shoulder but will be very short on one side if u do so. Despite this- Overall it's a great buy and it's not too modern to distract from the reason we veil.

I where a veil to Mass because I feel so humbled in the presence of the Eucharist. This veil is just what I wanted, so soft and I am able to meditate and connect better at Mass without distractions around me. It does not need pins to stay in place.

I bought this veil in medieval blue to honour the Blessed Mother and I wore it for the first time today, Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows. The rectangular shape is simple but very graceful,and the dimensions are just right - the veil is long enough to throw over one shoulder if you don't want it hanging down. The rectangular shape itself feels very Marian to me. The veil has a soft sheen and this shade of deep blue is just beautiful. I have two other veils from Veils by Lily and this one is competing with the black French Bouquet mantilla for my favourite - even though it's a longer length, it feels discreet as the colour isn't ostentatious, and I felt at home in it as soon as I put it on.
