Designed for adult women to wear at Mass, this smaller, inconspicuous starter veil is available in black, off-white mocha, silver gray, dusty rose, Marian blue, sage green, brown, twilight blue, plum, and burgundy, and comes in a half-circle shape and ties behind the neck.

Approximately 20" across by 10" front to back with 10" ties. 

Also available in child size. 

A clip is not necessary but available if desired. Get more information about sewn-in clips.

Protect your mantilla with a soft satin bag.

Gently hand-wash cold with mild soap. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron if needed.

Made in USA and/or imported fabric.

    I love these veils; have purchased 2. I keep one in my purse so I am always ready for attending mass, an unexpected visit inside church, and at choir rehearsals which are held in the choir loft inside church. They lay very nicely on my head and I prefer them to the circles that look like doilies. Thank you for providing them for purchase and for your wonderful, insightful website. I am 67 years old and began veiling again at this summer's end, not doing so since I was a young girl. Several things have brought me back to this practice and the numerous articles, videos, and comments on your website is one of those things. Thank you and may God bless you and your work.

    I use these tied veils for when I lector or need to do something else where I am up and around more. My face is more visible, which helps with lectoring, especially when being streamed on Facebook.

    Absolutely beautiful. A little shy about starting to wear it, so thought a smaller starter one would be a good selection to go with first.

    Firstly, it's super beautiful! I feel like a french handmade when I wear it haha. I got the white veil and it's not blind your eyes white. My only downside is that I, personally have to quickly tie up my hair before I can tie the veil at the back of my head. However, I don't mind since it's staying on for a while. Highly recommend if your just starting out veiling or if you want to switch things up.

    Great for moms with small children

    For so long, I've said that I would veil "when the kids were bigger." But with kids from 12 years old down to 2 months old, I've been saying that for too long. I have worn my new small starter veil to Mass 3 times and am pleasantly surprised that my toddler hasn't even touched it. (I've had been wearing a slightly above shoulder length veil for a few weeks and he's pulled it off by the end of Mass every time.)

    My little girls wore the starter veils to Mass yesterday. They loved them. The veils stayed in place so the girls weren't fidgeting with them. They are just beautiful too.

    Absolutely beautiful - I wore this veil in white for my (adult) baptism and it looked so nice. The ties make it oh-so-easy to keep on your head, too!
