Long Floral Lace Mantillas

This veil is truyly gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. I ordered it in Merlot and looks good with my dark brown, medium length hair. The fabric color is the same as it appears on the website. It has a lovely drape and its well made. If you are on the fence about ordering this style, don't hesitate. I also own French Mantillas and I'd say this style although different, is just as beautiful. Of course being custom made, you'll have a longer wait.

I recently started veiling and already have an infinity veil from Veils by Lily (also highly recommend) but I wanted a different color and maybe something for special occasions. So I purchased a gold long floral lace mantilla for Easter. It was made and shipped very timely and I absolutely love the veil. It is a gorgeous color (exactly what I was wanting) and feel fantastic! Highly recommend.

I just ordered the scarlet veil, and the color is just lovely. This mantilla is simply gorgeous in whatever color you order it in. The quality of the lace if delicate yet durable.

The color is beautiful, the veil is very well made but the only thing is, I like the front ends to be longer. I'm having a hard time keeping it on even with the clip. I love Veils By Lily and I will always get my veils by her.

I love these veils. I have fine, thin hair and these are not too heavy- they’re lightweight enough to sit on my head without sliding around. I do order them with the mini clip, which is small and strong enough to grasp a bit of hair and stay in place. So the clip and light weight of the veil keep it comfortably in place on my head, even if I’m walking outside on a windy day. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I find this lace material to snag more than other veils I’ve used. Especially in the winter when my hands are very dry, my hands will snag on the veil as I’m putting it on. So I have to be sure to use lotion on my hands before handling this lace to keep it from snagging. we go to daily Mass, so these veils get a lot of use. I find that after a year though, the lace begins to look rough and snagged. So, I usually purchase a pretty new one each year. I have other veils that have lasted much longer than a year, but I keep coming back to these anyhow because I like them so much.
