Very beautiful veil. The veil lies nicely on your head and hair.
So lovely! It is an 1" shorter in the back than described but other than that it is perfect. For anyone trying to decide between the French Floral and the French Garden (I have one of each and both are beautiful): They are about the same in dimensions with the Garden having a little more width; the Garden is heavier with more form to the draping while the Floral is lighter and with more fluidity that clings closer to the head. Both are exquisite! God reward you Lily!
I bought it in silver and black, it is very beautiful. I have returned to veiling though I did not remember much as a child when I wore one . I am one of two who veil in my parish and I feel very comfortable with the colour . I have the mini-clip sewn in and was surprised at how tiny it is! I was worried it would tear lace or be bulky but it is simple to work and small. I have had only one negative comment about veiling in the beginning and I ignored it, because Jesus is what matters , and now i have had many comments on how beautiful it is and where to purchase one. Don't hesitate, we have one life here to show our love , humility and reverence to Him in a world that is slowly forgetting Him we can ease His pain and be a light .
If you want the "old school" vintage high quality veil this is it. My Easter indulgence! It is that high end lace with all the exquisite detail and delightful softness! I love the spacing in the pattern that gives the impression you are wearing flowers in your hair. So pleased with my purchase. Thank you, Lily, for re-igniting Eucharistic reverence
