Add a sewn-in 1 1/4" mini-comb snap clip that will hold your veil securely in place while being barely noticeable. It features a silicone strip that keeps it from slipping, and will work even with very thin hair without causing bumps at the top of the veil. After use, your veil will fold and put away easily with this small clip. Available in black and silver.

    Sent in two veils that I wanted combs sewn into and was not disappointed! Great communication and my veils were sent back intact with nice combs.

    Works great until it breaks

    I love these clips because they work perfectly and are so small and unobtrusive. My one complaint is they do break if you use them frequently. After nearly two years of weekly use on one veil and nearly a year of three-times-per-week use on another, the clips broke on each veil. I suppose that's the risk with any product with moving parts that are used over and over again. If you use a veil on a daily or weekly basis, it's smart to buy a few extra of these combs and sew a new one in yourself when the time comes. Or if you're completely inept at sewing like I am, send your veil to the nice ladies at Veils by Lily and ask them to do it for you. I don't mind the cost because I love the veils and combs so much.

    I purchased this clip to be sewn into my mom's veil given to her as a gift for her birthday. It's her first veil probably since Vatican II, she's eighty-seven years young. Her hair is fine and straight, I was concerned that it would easily slip off her head without her realizing it. I was also concerned that the distance between us, more than 1,300 miles, would prevent me from showing her how easy it is to use the clip. However, I described step-by-step over the phone and she was able to work the clip, securing her beautiful black and gold trimmed veil without any problem.
